A local surveyor from Concept will attend your property free of charge within 1 – 2 days, prepare a building schedule & submit this direct to your insurer.
Concept’s local Claims Manager will meet a loss adjuster, if necessary at your premises.
Upon receiving the authorisation, Concept will arrange for the work to be undertaken to your complete satisfaction.
Once authorisation is received, the Claims Manger’s building division, assuming the role of main contractor, will arrange for the work to commence promptly.
