Concept’s headquarters and call centre is ideally situated in Lancashire and currently has 112 operational localised offices throughout the UK and Ireland.

Our call centre takes all new incoming job enquiries ranging from a simple leaking tap to a severe water damaged property.

Upon taking the new job enquiry, our call centre staff log the enquiry details then arrange a site visit to the property with a time scale dependant upon urgency.

Head office then notifies Concept’s local offices with all details.

Concept’s local office surveyor or property advisor, during the site visit will normally take details of the required works and take digital coloured pictures to supplement our building schedules. All our building schedules are provided free of charge.
